Who qualifies for Early Bird access.

Access is gated by TransUnion's standard dealer compliance process. We handle the paperwork — typically 3–5 business days from request to active.

  • Registered Canadian dealership — new or used, franchise or independent.
  • Designated F&I Manager or Sales Manager as the account owner.
  • Standard TransUnion dealer compliance approval — we run it for you.
  • Approval typically returns in 3–5 business days from completed request.

Answers to what F&I usually asks first.

Does this affect my customer's credit score?
No. Soft inquiries initiated through Autocorp.ai do not impact a consumer's credit score, regardless of how many times the bureau is pulled.
How is this different from a hard pull in Canada?
A hard credit pull (or hard inquiry) does negatively affect your customer's credit score — usually by a small amount per pull. In Canada, hard inquiries remain on the consumer's credit report for up to three years and are visible to other lenders, which can compound when a buyer is shopping multiple dealers or financing options. A soft inquiry, like the one this product runs, returns the same bureau depth but does not affect your customer's score and is only visible to the consumer — not to other lenders.
How is this different from other soft pulls available in Canada?
Every other soft-pull product available to Canadian dealers today is consumer-initiated — the customer completes a form and pulls their own credit, and the dealer sees the same information as the customer, typically a snapshot (Not a full bureau, but still great in-depth data). The Autocorp × TransUnion integration is the first dealer-initiated soft pull in Canada that returns a full bureau directly to the Sales or F&I Manager. You initiate the pull. You access the full bureau. You structure the deal around it — without making the customer do the work or effecting their credit score.
Who can access the credit bureaus on our dealer account?
Once your dealership passes TransUnion's standard dealer compliance process (which Autocorp manages for you end-to-end) your Dealer Admin can designate credit access to specific Sales Managers and F&I Managers directly from the AVA portal. Access is named, audited, and revocable at any time, so you stay in control of who can pull a bureau on behalf of your dealership.
What happens if my customer already has a credit pull on file?
AVA® recognizes existing customers by phone match and returns the existing bureau rather than re-pulling, within TransUnion's defined refresh window. You don't pay for the same bureau twice in the same period.
How long does Early Bird pricing last once I'm on-boarded?
Pricing is locked for 12 months from your activation date. Discount pricing extensions available for AVA® dealers, speak with your representative.
Do I need to already use AVA® or any Autocorp products?
No. Existing AVA® customers can toggle the integration on. New dealerships get the AVA® portal stood up as part of onboarding — no additional platform fee during Early Bird.
