You'll be responsible for seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and an exceptional client experience from day one. Ce que vous ferez

• Lead onboarding end-to-end: setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners
• Develop and manage onboarding plans ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days
• Act as the first line of defense for technical issues - diagnose and resolve quickly
• Serve as a communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners
• Perform QA testing to ensure every integration works seamlessly
• Document best practices and contribute to the implementation playbook
• Keep up-to-date on industry tools, trends, and best practices

Ce que nous recherchons

• Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally at a SaaS company
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, managing multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results
