- Retain and grow your book of business through strategic, proactive communication
- Introduce new product features and expansion opportunities that drive real revenue
- Onboard and train dealerships so they hit the ground running
- Analyze results, identify trends, and build strategies that drive ROI
- Provide proactive support, strategic recommendations, and high-impact follow-ups
- Act as the voice of the customer across product, support, sales, and leadership
- Advocate for product enhancements and escalate when needed
Ce que nous recherchons
- Fluent bilingual (English/French)
- 1–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles
- SaaS experience - or comfort navigating cloud-based platforms
- Proven B2B portfolio management with retention and expansion responsibility
Atouts
- Automotive industry experience - dealership, wholesale, or automotive tech
