Q: Whats your name, position and dealership?

A: I'm Kevin Lawson, General Manager of Throttle Powersports in Almonte and Pembroke.

Q: What do you like most about AVA? 

A: We like using AVA products because it provides a quality lead, the consumer is already down the sales funnel and it makes it easy for our sales staff to close the deal.

Q: Has AVA helped you improve your digital strategy? If so, how? 

A: It makes it easier to manage the leads and follow up with the sales people because their job is easier as well, enabling them to sell more bikes.

Q: On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate AVA leads?

I would give AVA a 9. It usually generates a happy customer heading home with a new ATV.

Q: How has AVA improved your dealership's performance?

A: AVA's allowed us to improve our performance simply by providing us qualified leads resulting in high closing ratios and generally with a much better gross profit.

Q: How do we compare to other customer engagement tools you have used in the past?
